DIRECTIONS:

Initially Mix 1 – 2 teaspoons of Marshall’s Apple Cider Vinegar in an 8oz tumbler of pure water. (Do not use boiling water). The amount of cider vinegar in the water can be increased if desired as you become accustomed to it up to 2 – 3tablespoons. For best results drink 2 – 3 tumbles of this mixture daily. You may also sip this Cider tonic during meals although digestion may be improved more by drinking ¼ tumbler or more 20 – 60 minutes before meals. Honey may be added for its nutritional benefits and to sweeten the mixture if desires. NOTE: Not filtered or pasteurised to retain all nutrients including the essential “mother of vinegar” culture.
